Shortly after that premiere, Disney bought Fox and recovered the rights to the loudmouth mercenary, among other characters. At that time, a reasonable doubt arose about the future of the character played by Ryan Reynolds. Would the Mouse House continue to give life to the character in the cinema despite his tone of adult humor? Luckily, we know that we don't know if some of his characters will return, like Domino, played by Zazie Beetz. Beetz debuted in the sequel as a character who had a curious power: to always have luck on his side. At first, the hero in the red jumpsuit did not believe that this was a superhuman ability, as did the viewers until we saw her in action. The actress is currently promoting the third and final season of Atlanta, but in an interview for Screen Rant, she was asked about a possible return: "I'm very excited. I'm crossing my fingers, hoping that Domino is a part of this, and if not, that's fine too." Dead Pool 3is still in a very early stage of development, so we don't know the plot or which heroes will accompany Wade Wilson. However, without confirmation, it doesn't seem likely that Zazie Beetz's Domino won't have a place in the new movie, as she was one of the sequel's favorite roles. The actress finished explaining her desire to return in a third part. The team that Beetz refers to, in addition to Reynolds, has to do with the director Shawn Levy, the one in charge of directing this third part and who has recently been responsible for bringing The Adam Project to the top 3 of most viewed content within Netflix. It is also not the first time the actress has spoken of a return; in 2021, she already indicated that she would "love to revive the role" and that, however, she had not yet had any personal conversation about it.
